When submitting your request, please provide as much detail as possible, including:

• Theme or aesthetic
• Names, dates, or wording
• Sizes and quantities
• Any other important details

Don't forget to upload any inspiration photos! The more information you provide, the better we can bring your vision to life.

♡ How It Works ♡

1. Submit your custom order request.
2. A $20 non-refundable design deposit is collected at checkout. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance if you move forward with your order.
3. We'll contact you by email to discuss your design, answer questions, and finalize all of the details.
4. Once everything is approved, you'll receive an invoice for the remaining balance.
5. Full payment is required before any design work, production, or ordering of materials begins.

Please Note

• The $20 deposit is non-refundable, even if you choose not to proceed with the order.
• Custom orders are created specifically for you and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges once production has begun.
• Production times vary depending on the complexity of your project and material availability.
• We reserve the right to decline custom requests that we are unable to fulfill. In this case, you will be refunded any amount you paid at checkout for this request.
